1. Acceptance of Services

By engaging with Idrisoft for web development, application design, SEO, or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our digital solutions.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a signed Service Agreement, Idrisoft retains ownership of any pre-existing code, proprietary frameworks, and background technology used in project delivery. Upon full payment of all project fees, the client is granted a license or ownership of the specific final deliverables (e.g., website source code or app assets) as defined in the project scope.

3. Project Milestones & Payments

Our services are delivered based on agreed-upon milestones. Payments are non-refundable once a milestone has been approved and the work has commenced. Idrisoft reserves the right to pause service delivery if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary access (server credentials, content, API keys) in a timely manner. Idrisoft is not liable for project delays caused by a lack of client-provided assets or late feedback.

5. Limitation of Liability

Idrisoft shall not be held liable for any loss of profits, data, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our web or app solutions. While we strive for 100% uptime and bug-free deployments, all digital services are provided on an "as-available" basis.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
